Sabas Mobile is an internal mobile application used by employees of PT. Sabas Indonesia and related companies for work-related activities such as attendance, leave request, temporary leave, attendance alteration, purchase order approval, and payroll information.

• Employee identification data, such as employee ID, employee code, name, and company database.
• Login and authentication data, including OTP verification status.
• Attendance-related data, including date, time, sign-in/sign-out status, and related remarks.
• Leave and permission request data, including leave type, date range, reason, delegate, and approval status.
• Uploaded attachment data, such as photos or supporting documents submitted by the employee.
• Payroll slip data displayed or downloaded by authorized employees.
• Device and technical data needed to operate and secure the application.

2. How We Use the Information

The information is used for:

• Employee authentication and access control.
• Processing attendance, leave, permission, and approval workflows.
• Displaying employee-related company information.
• Generating or displaying payroll information for authorized users.
• Maintaining system security, audit trails, and operational reliability.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may only be accessed by authorized company personnel or systems for operational, administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Users may only access information and features according to their assigned role, authority, and company database access.

The application may request device permissions such as camera, photo/media access, or file storage access when users upload supporting documents or images. These permissions are used only for the relevant application feature.
